Mike Watson is a Civil War buff with over 30 years of experience as a Civil War reenactment participant. He's always been interested in history, but felt that the reenactments needed more authenticity. That is how our company got its start. He's now the only person in the world that makes handmade Civil War cartridges!His work is backed by his many years of experience. Our owner started by making live rounds for West Point Academy and worked for the National Park Service's Kennesaw National Battlefield before taking his talents to Hollywood. He made cartridges for Steven Spielberg's film Ride with the Devil, as well as for Gettysburg and Gods and Generals.
